Use as an overnight treatment. Start by shaking the bottle and use nozzle to apply directly onto scalp and use your fingertips to rub in and leave in overnight. Apply enough product to cover the entire scalp. Rinse off pre-shampoo as normal in the morning. For best results, use consistently over a 3 month period.
